Orders placed on weekdays before 4pm EST, for in-stock items, will ship that same day. Orders placed on weekends for in stock items will ship on the following Monday. We use Fedex  for all our shipping, if your wish to ship using another method please contact us at the number provided above and we will try to satisfied your request

Delivery time is generally between 5-7 business days ( we use Fedex Ground) if customer needs any faster shipping please contact us. Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment in their shipping guide. When the carrier has failed to meet the delivery commitment, the decision by the carrier regarding a claim for refund is final.
