If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 15 days, and we will send you a replacement or apply store credit. We will try our best to find the right size, color or other brand, even if not advertised on our website.  We will issue a full refund only if the products are defective, not as advertised or if we couldn’t meet the terms of the sale.

Returning an item is easy and we allow you to do this without incurring any costs yourself. Please enclose a note giving the reason for the return and stating your details, In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault. Wrap the package securely. Delivery charges and other services

Return delivery charges are borne by the shopper, unless the return is due to an error on our behalf or if the product is defective, in which case we will refund you the reasonable costs incurred.

We are authorized dealers for all the products you see on our store. This way, you can be assured that every product we sell comes with the full manufacturers warranty.
